Interview with Nora Gold
Dr. Nora Gold is the prize-winning author of five books and the recipient of several awards, including a Canadian Jewish Literary Award and a Vine Canadian Jewish Book Award. It’s Not Spam!
I’m also sending this newsletter as a “heads-up” as subscribers get an email for every new post; I am not able to combine new post alerts into one email. Substack does not allow it. The only other option is to not send out an email, and as almost all of our traffic comes from our emails, that isn’t viable either.
So, please don’t feel that we are spamming your inbox for the next few months!
Upcoming Reviews & Interviews
Here’s what you can expect in the next few weeks and months:
An interview with Danila Botha, whom I first interviewed way back in 2015. We had a lot of catching up to do!
An interview with Shawn Lawlor about his debut novel Boom Road. My review of Boom Road is coming, too!
Bryn Robinson’s first review for TSR, Voices from the Deep: A Collection of Fantasy and Science Fiction Short Stories by Brian Reindel. POSTED!
Lisa Timpf’s review of A Grim Reaper’s Guide to Catching a Killer by Maxie Dara
Michael Greenstein’s review of Held by Anne Michaels POSTED!
Heather McBriarty’s review of Searching for Mayflowers by Lori McKay
Shawna Butler’s review of The Widow's Guide to Dead Bastards

My review of Looking for Her by Carolyn Marie Souaid POSTED!
An excerpt from Widow Fantasies by Hollay Ghadery. POSTED!
A review of Hollay’s short story collection is also planned.
Those are just the posts I have in draft status; more reviews are planned as publishers release the review copies to our growing team of contributors. Speaking of which, I would like to introduce three more contributors who have joined us at TSR:
Anne Smith-Nochasak
Bryn Robinson
Heather Babcock
All have upcoming reviews in the works. Bryn’s (mentioned above) will be the first to appear.
